​Before embarking on my journey into energy health and wellness, I successfully owned and operated three bridal shops in New Jersey, followed by a 30-year career in real estate. My passion for assisting individuals in overcoming their challenges has always been a driving force in my professional life.

In 2018, I attended a seminar focused on health and nutrition. Despite feeling generally healthy, I often found myself fatigued from the constant push to stay productive. The seminar introduced me to a naturopathic approach to living and eating, prompting me to explore these techniques further.

I enrolled in a six-month nutrition workshop that enabled me to become a certified nutritional consultant, but I felt compelled to gain deeper knowledge about kinesiology techniques relevant to this field. To enhance my understanding of muscle testing, I participated in a ten-day intensive "Touch for Health" workshop at the U.S. Kinesiology Training Institute in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. This experience broadened my perspective on the various complementary health and wellness methods available to address stress and pain effectively.

Subsequently, I pursued studies as a Professional Kinesiology Practitioner (PKP) at the U.S. Kinesiology Training Institute. This program not only emphasized muscle testing to meet the body's needs but also incorporated emotional factors and methods to further alleviate stress and pain.

During one of the workshops on the use of sound and color in conjunction with the metaphysical aspects of kinesiology, I was introduced to Beamer light pens. The application of these pens resulted in a significant enhancement of the outcomes we were striving for, opening up yet another avenue for exploration.

The Beamer light pens utilize Aura Soma vials to amplify the body's response to the applied techniques. Intrigued by the contents of these colored vials, I delved into the world of Aura Soma and its self-discovery through color. Little did I know the profound impact this modality would have on my personal and professional journey.
