What is Certified Nutrition?
A certified nutrition takes a holistic natural, individualized approach towards improving your health and wellness. It is all-encompassing in nature, considering body, mind, and spirit, and aims at achieving long term health through the use of whole foods, nutritional supplements, and lifestyle techniques.
Holistic nutrition approaches your health concerns from the roots up; looking at symptoms as an indication of underlying imbalances in the body, and addressing them with a customized diet and lifestyle plan that encourages growth, and sustainable improvement to your well-being.
Certified Nutritional Consultants
Certified nutritional consultants are educators. We help you become better informed as to how what you eat, how you eat, and how you live affect your body’s ability to maintain balance. We provide you with the tools to facilitate your journey towards optimal health.
We works collaboratively with you to come up with a diet, lifestyle, and supplement regime that fits your unique preferences and nutritional needs. You will gain knowledge as to the power of whole foods, the effects of stress on the body, and how to properly nourish yourself in a way that encourages balance and an improvement in your well-being.
In working with a Certified nutritional consultant , you will gain a better understanding of your body, including why symptoms may be present, and gain the tools to help you find your optimum self.
We will focus on information gathering. We will review your lifestyle and nutritional assessment forms (requested to be filled out and returned at least 24 hours prior) to determine your current level of health, your nutritional and lifestyle habits, your objectives, and how we can go about meeting them in a reasonable fashion. We will discuss any symptoms you may be having, and how they relate to your main health goals and concerns.
