Our aim is to assist people in enhancing their energy levels, enabling them to look and feel better while effectively managing low energy, fatigue, and loss of motivation, as well as alleviating pain. This workshop introduces various techniques inspired by the traditions of the Tibetan people.

The aim is to alleviate human suffering associated with common universal fears, job-related stress, and relationship challenges. Participants who complete this unit will acquire the skills to offer mental and emotional self-care for themselves, as well as for their friends, family, clients, and students. This will be achieved through the application of ICPKP’s five Epigenetic Healing Cycles, which utilize the principles of the General Circulation of Energy Wheel. Students will discover that their DNA does not dictate their fate; by altering their perceptions and behaviors, they can influence and guide their own genetic expression.

It's important to recognize that it's not only external stressors that pose a challenge; our responses to these stressors also play a crucial role in maintaining our well-being or leading to dis-ease.
"Stress Release Made Easy" is a one-day workshop designed to equip you with techniques that encourage new choices and enhance your inner strength. These techniques include:
Emotional stress release (ESR) points and processes, emotional balancing through affirmations,
General stress syndrome clearing, and
Effective stress management strategies.
